choice Activates!!

Hello and to day I will be talking  about what I did for choice Activate. So we had to choice from a heap of things and I choice make a book mark using CARR values on It like C Is Commitment
(doing the best that you can do).
A Is Achievement (Is doing the best you can do)
R is Resilience (Is having the confidence to try).
R is Respect (is how you talk to people and act to objects).

food tech last week!!

first we made sushi it was delicious it had chicken ,carrots and avocado . and it was so fun and i enjoyed it then we made rice balls which i thought where very yum and so did my group they were easy to make i loved the culture of japan
