Passion project

What is a passion project  its doing some you are passion about in a project in the community
What is the purpose because liter has gone to far.
How much rubbish. 100
What colour do we want to use? dark green

What type of art do we want to create? A sigh out of rubbish saying no litring.

the perspire is to stop littering.
